What we like the most is when you offer us to sit down and talk to us, we gave you a bunch of papers from all our houses, you took the time to check one by one to verify if the mortgages we had in them were the right ones.  You asked for our goals and plans for the future as well as our current situation, then offered to change our mortgages in two of our properties. 

At the end we are now more knowledgeable about what we have and a lot more willing to buy another property thanks to you, and also because we now have a lot more money left every month with the new loans.

Solo queríamos mandarte una notica de agradecimiento por toda tu ayuda te portaste increíble y diste mucho de tu parte para que funcionara nuestro negocio. Como ya sabrás si pudimos cerrar finalmente con Countrywide y ya estamos en el apartamento haciendo unos cuantos arreglos.
